I've never been so excited about blood before, because today I was admittedly really really stoked when my BloodSource card came in the mail and I found out my blood type!  It's AB+!  :)   I read the "only about 3 percent of the population has type AB" comments on the back, and felt totally awesome and special.  Although my whole blood is bootsy to BloodSource because barely anyone can take AB blood!  We AB type bloods are a proud people!  D:

Saturday was White Day, and I celebrated with Phuc!  I couldn't go out, so we had an online date and watched Bolt together, then chatted on the phone~  :3  (which i thought was a cute movie; especially the fat hamster and fat cat... i love fat pets) The day before, Friday the 13th mojo tried to keep us apart, but then Phuc visited me and brought me frozen yogurt (with my favorite candies, M&M's and banana candy!) so we could eat it together.  He also gave me the limited edition Digi Pack of the new U2 CD, and I've been listening to it ALLL weekend.  homgahh.

With the new U2 album just released, I totally flipped when I learned that Vienna Teng is coming out with a new CD too!  (U2, Vienna Teng, and Relient K are my favorite music artists.  So if Relient K also releases an album this year, I just may plotz!)  Her new album is Inland Territory, out April 7th, don't miss it!  Although most of you haven't heard of her.  D:  I shared a Vienna Teng song in Creative Writing a few months ago and asked if anyone ever heard of her and no one did, making me a sad Christa.  I need more vienna teng homeslices. (i apparently currently have phuc and duc, lmaolmaolmao.)  omg i'm so excited for vienna teng's new cd.  But anyhoo, I totally love Vienna Teng and I am totally getting her album after I get back from Oregon on April 5th.

Speaking of which, I am extremely excited about going to Oregon in two and a half weeks!  GUHHH.  I get to spend three whole days with Phuc and spaz around tax-free Oregon!  Shoppinnnnggg!  I already want to start packing my things.  Secretly, I spent today hunting for PJ's so that when I sleep at the hotel in Oregon, the girls will say, "omgah christa ur pjs are so cute," and I will secretly whisper, "YESSS."  I am very honestly more excited about the shopping, time with Phuc, the free continental breakfast, and the fact that it will be my very first More-Than-One-Day field trip more than the Ashland Theater Festival, which is the point of the trip.  >__>

Ew, my memory box broke so I need to replace it.
    :(

    and now i'm sleepy

    *runs away*

i don't want to drown now; meet me in the sound

    Bye for now!

  • I WILL NOT PLAY "ONE" BY U2 AT MY WEDDING.

I MEAN PLZ.  It's a wonderful, hope-riddled song and all, but besides the reprise and the chorus, the lyric is quite distressing to a relationship.
    • "Will it make it easier now, now you got someone to blame?"
    • "Love is a temple, love the higher law; you ask me to enter, but then you make me crawl."
    • "You act like you never had love, now you want me to do without."
    • "Well, we hurt each other, then we do it again."
    • "Did I ask for too much?  More than a lot?  You gave me nothing, now it's all I got."
    • "I can't be holding on to what you got, when all you got is hurt."

I was blog-surfing and ran across a bride-to-be mentioning that she was going to play that song at her wedding.  For the first dance.  That's a little.. foreboding.

    The moment's lesson:
Play that song all you want, because it really is awesome.
    Just not at your wedding.
