Hey-o!
So.. since Munchie the Goldfish died, I was pretty concerned that Bunnie the Goldfish would get like Algernon the Mouse after Charlie the Mouse died, which is sluggish and emo. But, if I didn't know better, Bunnie is actually a little more chipper since Munchie died. Admittedly, he now has the entire bowl to himself and has all this swimming space, doesn't have to fight over who gets what fish flakes first, I got him a plant out of comfort, and goldfish apparently have really short memory spans, but yeah. I was a little, "HAVE GRIEF, YOU SKANK GOLDFISH" in my grief stage but I am now over it. We've made up. We're good. Good.
My recent goal has been to wean off sleeping every night between 4-6 a.m. so that I would be in fine shape for my orientation this Friday. However, that's been backfiring on me because I've been waking up SIGNIFICANTLY later since I started sleeping earlier. o_o?!?!! Although sleeping late, I would also sleep in until noon so that I could get a full 7-9 hours of sleep. But now, the order of things are all backwards because while I'm now sleeping earlier, I'm waking up later than before. Like today, I woke up at 3:30. 3:30! WHAT?? Usually by the time that I woke up today, I'd be done with an eight-hour school day. D: What is up with that?
I've also recently been using my free summer time catching up on movies, so I FINALLY watched The 40-Year-Old Virgin after Phuc has been in CONSTANT denial that I have never watched that movie, Monsters Vs. Aliens, and Get Smart. I'm in an Office state-of-mind so I admittedly chose my movies based on The Office cast members being in them. >__>!
While I thought Monsters Vs. Aliens was just an okay movie overall, I must say I looooved the characters Insectosaurus and B.O.B. Behold, B.O.B.!
Yey.
ALSO, on a topic that is a little more significant than me watching movies, being SUPER sleepy, and my fish's fishiness, my college shopping plight has already begun! I went shopping for cat food with my mom the other day and ended up buying TXL bedsheets (the idea of extra long mattresses is exciting), a washing bag, and a whole mess of printer paper. Snap!
