  • "Do you know what this is? This is apple juice. It gives me super bad farts."

    Wee.

    Today, I went to the installation of Father Vicente as pastor of St. Paul's Catholic Church, after Fr. Rey left a month or so ago.  It was INSANELY full, where all the seats were occupied (and it's a pretty big church, with like four sets of pews), and there were two layers of people standing against the walls.  So when we broke out in song for the hymns, I broke out in laughter because ALL those people singing made it so that people did not notice that they were not singing in tune with the actual song on the speakers, and the way that all the voices of the church echoed off the walls of the church made me feel like I was at the U2 concert at San Jose again.  After the mass, there was a reception at the Parish Hall where I got a big plateful of food, and therefore I was very very happy.  :D

    I finally had the heart to tear apart my American Eagle paper bag to form a book cover for my Physiology book, then I realized that I really suck at wrapping books.  So don't laugh when you see me at school and there's this horrific mass of book thing in my hand that has this weird layer of disfigured paper and tape on it. >_>.

    I started drafting a college application essay and looking up essay tips, and exploded a little inside.

    GOD, I WANNA GO SHOPPING TOMORROW FOR LABOR DAY BUT I ONLY HAVE A DOLLAR.  I want to get a job but my parents absolutely refuse to let me work during the school year, so I'm going to have to wait until the summer.  D:

    At least I'm hoping to be active in a lot of clubs this year, at least Drama Club (yea, i was actually never in the club, but i worked in almost all the plays) and Key Club, and possibly Friday Night Live and, tug-my-nostalgic-heart, the Anime Club (lol i shood start watching more anime besides yugioh first tho).  And I guess Creative Mustangs if that's not still dead.  I want to work on the book fair this year but I realize I really don't want to miss any classes.  ah spose i can work before and after skoo'
