Wee-oo.  Although I got my license two Tuesdays ago, this Monday was the first time I started driving to school by myself.  First there was my parents trying to "wean" me off them driving-wise, and then Spring Break was a nice little chunk of fun there.  I definitely feel more like a grown-up now that I have my own car. o___o;  It's a lot of pressure, though! To be honest, I'm not that excited to drive cos the thought of massive accidents don't appeal to me (thx to all those videos about how epically teens die in auto accidents), but I like being able to get to places without my parents yelling at me to hurry the goodness up.  Now, they tell me to slow down and take my time with everything cos like, they don't want no dead Christa.  I've learned that I REALLY EPICALLY fail at right turns on red.  I can manage them most of the time, but they just make me really nervous and anxious and I end up exploding my mind. >__>;;;  Hopefully that'll go away soon!  *doesn't want to die but is really nooby and spazzy at driving*

So, I was sick for the second half of Spring Break and I'm still kind of sick right now.  That's part of the reason I haven't been updating or drawing or anything, but another reason is that I'VE BEEN TOTALLY PWNING UP SPYRO.  I've been replaying Spyro 2 and 3 for the PSX and it's just been utterly epic.  The hard monsters there make me very vulgar there, though.  >_>;

Ugh, English and Pre-Cal finals tomorrow!  I fortunately didn't have any finals today because we already did our test for APUSH and yearbook is cool.  After school today, I had more fun time with Phuc and I waited with him until the bus for the tennis team left. :3  wee

Game Night was full of super fun yesterday!  I don't remember the last time I've been around other teenagers besides in-class, especially with Phuc having tennis practice everyday after school, so yesterday just tickled me pink.  Plus, I always appreciate anytime that I get to spend with Phuc.   I played and socialized a LOT more than I expected (i'm usually kinda shy socializing-wise T_T), especially when I was playing Mario Kart Racing with Phuc vs Couple That Thinks They're Cuter Than Us.  I SWEAR, I don't usually talk that much smack during video games; "Why you breakin' my balls, Pham?!"  >_>;  Lol, I love how competitive Phuc and I got.  "Phuc, you can't attack me, I'm your girlfriend!" "NOT IN THIS GAME YOU'RE NOT"  I failed pretty hard at Jenga, though.  And I embarassingly spazzed all day long. >_>; lmao @ everyone ripping on me about handcuffs

Lol, the first thing I did when I woke up this morning was read some English homework then play Mario Kart Racing on my own Gamecube for the first time since I moved away from San Jose.  I beat all my 100cc records.  xd

I've been napping a lot more recently.  I remember how in middle school, I would refuse to lose any moment on sleeping that could be spent living it up.  Now Phuc has to wake me up at 5 o'clock in the afternoon and be all "u a bum"

I'm having my first non-school related trip out since I've moved here to Sacramento County by going to Crystal's game night tomorrow! :O i so excited.  My first time out without any teachers was a trip to the Old City Cemetery like.. half a year ago, although that trip was still school-related. (does that make sense? lul) Lol at this rate I might finally have freedom to go to the mall or watch a movie with Phuc by Senior Year! lul

I'm also trying to get to San Jose sometime this week during Spring Break.  Something hilarious: If I see Michelle Lam while I'm down there.  lul that'd be cute.  I really want to go to Fanime, though! x[  My parents have been a lot more "eww no" at going to San Jose in recent months.  I haven't seen the likes of Joeve or my sister in forever!  I really like how the name "San Jose" comes up in random conversations at school and I would just jump in my seat.  "Omigod I used to live there you gaiz!"

Uhhh.  What else is new.  I had some personal issues lately, but Phuc always knows how to make me feel better.  We made each other mixtapes for when we miss each other over Spring Break, too.  He's always super awesome.

And my mom is obsessed with peanut butter.

school is gross

I realized that I have several recurring themes/settings in a lot of my dreams.  They used to not be so common, but as of late, at least one of them occur in each of my dreams for the last few weeks.

THESE BE:
• Teeth falling out. (I had one of those just last night.)
• Driving going horrifically fail.
• Murderous chases, generally with me being the hunted.  I'm almost always caught and I'd wake up the moment before I die. ;-;
• Malls.
• Amusement parks. wee
• Bathrooms without stalls. .-.

It's a little baffling, but it's fun and interesting.  Phuc says I'm a potential candidate for lucid dreaming.  I forget what that is.

I also realized that Seventeen Magazine > CosmoGirl! Magazine COS OF MOAR FREE STUFF. <3

I forget what else is new.  Besides that I'm getting chubbier. ;-;  And watching the relationships around me struggle really really bum me out. >_<;

YES, DONE WITH AP US HISTORY STUDY GUIDES.  TIME TO BLOG 

Today I had bunches of fun.   Besides the ever-dreadful school day WITH A BUNNEH DYING ON VIDEO IN FIRST PERIOD THAT MADE ME LIKE SUPER TRAUMATIZED , I managed to spend some time with Phuc after school for the first time in over a month.  Even though I'm amazingly grateful for sharing the school day together, it's a shame that we haven't been able to spend a lot of quality time outside of class with AP classes combined with him being on the Men's Tennis team (who won today, yey).  We hung out at his house for an hour and watched videos, then I was able to go to his tennis game for the first time.   Even though I didn't get to watch him play, I had a lot of fun watching the games with him. :3

Lol American Idol.  I personally liked Danny Norriega, so I thought it was a shame that he left.  Whatever, as long as Ranielle Malubay is in the competition then I'm fine.  GO PINAYZZZZ.  Also, I really surprisingly like New Amsterdam.  The first episode was okay but it got really well-rounded in the second episode.  And, ever since Bones, I've been guiltily infatuated with these criminal investigation shows.  I HOPE IT DOESN'T GET CANCELED LIKE VANISHED AND JUSTICE AND DRIVE, GODDAMN.  D:<

This is kind of weird, but DATA going to San Jose's Tech Museum today brought memories back for *me*.  That was, in my heart, the place where I spent the last day of seventh grade, which was probably one of the most surreal years in my life.  I was brimming with ambition, I had the most amazing two male friends I could ask for, and that day, despite being the last day of that fantastic year, really made me feel like I was on top of the world.  The entire downtown San Jose area embraced the last memories that I have of San Jose with my closest friends before moving away, before my visits became increasingly rare, and before "the gang" broke up.  Crazy downtown San Jose.  I didn't even know it attracted tourists until after I moved away.  What a gyp!

One of my relationship goals definitely include going to San Jose with Phuc.  Which is scheduled to be sometime after having dinner with Phuc.  During this really weird random surge of nostalgia over the last few days, I've been daydreaming about bringing Phuc to my hometown and sharing all my memories with him. 

That would make me amazingly happy.

Schoolwise, in a shocking turn of events, I have Mr. Williams for AP English and Mythology next term, then he wants before-school study sessions.  Four hours a day with the only teacher I have sincerely been afraid of.  Lawl.  GG.

Recently, I've been thinking about San Jose a lot.  I've been thinking about close friends and people I've never spoken to in years.  I thought of Chocolate's voice cracking when Miz Tran's voice did.  There's this dude in my school that looks like Clarence, The Boy Who Poked Me In The Tummy, in every way except with a mustache.  The men's tennis team reminds me of Terry, hair clips remind me of Clarisse, calling people by the wrong name remind me of David.  I've mentioned random names in stories to Phuc, when I strive to share my life with him, so that he won't be out of the cold when I eventually take him to visit San Jose.

I wonder if anyone in San Jose says, "I had a friend named Christa that..."  If they did, that would probably make my day.  My brother told me once, when I still lived in the Bay Area, that I was fortunate because I was memorable.  I don't think I can still boast that, besides being the girlfriend of the badass Phuc.  I have a good rapport with the lunch ladies, at least.  lol

On another note: I've also been making weird life choices lately that remind me of unrelated old, worn, spooky Deep Dark Secrets that I haven't thought of for months and years.

• Phuc and I had our 28th monthaversary on the 28th of February, which I had an absolute delight with. xD  yey.
• My driving test is next Tuesday, which I think is gross.
• I thought that my cat Chubby was kidnapped by the state pound but she was okay so I'm happy.
• I should update y'all on how my cats are doing.  I haven't mentioned them since I kidnapped them as two-week-old kittens.  They're big now.  And awesome.  I'll do it when I'm not lazy.  >_>
• I am so digging Neopets.  Lol I started trying Restocking after I lost so much money in fail questing, which I'm remarkably patient with if I do it while I'm watching television.  xd  it's so hard tho.  Whatev, I got a 40k-value Negg for only 3k NP!  It's all good!
• Digital watercoloring is silly.
• I started wearing earrings again after losing like eight pairs. >_>
• Although I've been fairly comfortable with saying the technical names for genitalia in my Sex Ed classes and stuff, I realized in my "Christa's boobies belong to AmberjJackson" conversation (Yes.  That's correct.), that I like saying "boobs" much more than "breasts." The latter is so hard to say because you really have to enunciate the "sts." >_>  Not that it comes up that often.  Lmao.
